President: Ashley Dang

Ashley Dang is a senior student at Horace Greeley High School, Chappaqua, New York. She is also a competitive Figure Skater and an USFSA Double Gold Medalist. Ashley is a longtime volunteer in local communities and a motivated advocate for AAPI civil rights and education. She has been elected as the President of Young OCA - Asian Pacific American Advocates (Westchester Hudson Valley Chapter) 2023-2024.

Vice President: David Bingkun Duan

David Bingkun Duan is presently a senior at Scarsdale High School. He has taken the lead in the OCA Youth Podcast, displaying a strong passion for advocating on issues affecting the AAPI community. Additionally, David serves as the captain of his school's Lincoln Douglas debate team, and he holds a keen interest in pursuing a major in public health. His aspirations include raising awareness about YOCA through partnerships with his school and via social media platforms.

Secretary: Sophie Xie

Sophie Xie is a sophomore at Edgemont Jr/Sr High School in NY. She has worked to raise awareness of the AAPI community through the OCA Summer Reading Program and AAPI Youth Podcast. As a counselor in the Reading Program, she built up the syllabus and interacted with kids, promoting diversity and inclusivity for the AAPI community. Sophie joined YOCA’s leadership team to further advocate equality for the AAPI, and continue contributing to the community. In her free time, Sophie likes to read and fold origami.
