Kasama Star

Kasama is a JD candidate at Pace Law school. she holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Prior to law school, Karsama had a career in web development and project management. At law school, she has interned for judges at the southern District of NY and the Third circuit, presented p,aper on Asian American discrimination, and contributed to pro bono work. She is a production editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review and has served as president of the Asian American and Pacific Islander Law student Association and the Immigration Law society. As a mother to three children they face double discrimination in our schools and communities for being both Jewish and Asian, so she is passionate about advocating against racism against any type of differences or diversity.
