OCA-WHV President Jaclyn Liu attended the Arts Westchester (AW) Affiliate breakfast on Thursday, July 18, 2024 from 9-11am at Historic Hudson Valley in Tarrytown. About 40 affiliate organizations and a dozen of AW staff participated. The new CEO Kathleen Reckling was introduced before group discussions on two questions:
1) What does it mean to be an ArtsWestchester affiliate?
2) What can it mean to be an ArtsWestchester affiliate?
