The Edgemont Chinese Association hosted a Lunar New Year Celebration co-organized with the Edgemont Community Council and Ardsley Chinese Association, with OCA-WHV’s volunteers making balloon animals for the event. The group (Sophie Xie, Ashley Dang, David Duan, Emily Xie, and James Qian) handed out nearly two hundred balloons, bringing much joy and happiness while promoting OCA-WHV programs.
