On Feb 5, 2024, the AAPI community of Westchester, including OCA-WHV and WACA, turned out to attend County Executive George Latimer's annual Lunar New Year Celebration at the Michaelian Building in White Plains. At this happy event, Marjorie Hsu, the chair of the County Asian American Advisory Board spoke, along with first Asian American County Legislator David Imamura. OCA-WHV was represented by Eric Cheng and Jane Li, whose speech preceded the presentation of a gift to County Executive George Latimer by WACA.
